MOOT COURT SOCIETY

MOOT COURT SOCIETY

The Moot Court Society (MCS) at Delhi Global Institute of Management (DGIM) is a premier academic platform dedicated to transforming law students into confident, competent, and socially responsible legal professionals. Guided by experienced faculty mentors and driven by disciplined student leadership, the Society bridges the gap between classroom learning and real courtroom practice. It offers structured exposure to moot court simulations, drafting exercises, legal research, advocacy training, and courtroom etiquette — ensuring students develop strong analytical thinking and persuasive communication skills.

Beyond competitions, MCS instills ethical values, leadership qualities, and a deep sense of justice. Through legal awareness drives, community outreach programs, and practical engagement with real socio-legal issues, students gain firsthand understanding of the law’s impact on society. MCS represents DGIM’s commitment to practical legal education, character building, and professional excellence.
