Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Law is 1- year postgraduate course essentially involving issues related to the internet, communication technology, technological and electronic elements including hardware, software, computer and information systems, and their resolution. There is a huge scope and demand in cyber law, as internet and related cases are increasing regularly

Any Graduation securing at least 45% marks for General and 40% marks for SC/ST in aggregate or any other equivalent examination recognised thereto by M.D.University, Rohtak (Haryana).

To be eligible for admission to the PG Diploma Course, a candidate should have graduated in any discipline of knowledge from a University established by an Act of Parliament or by a State legislature or an equivalent national institution recognized as a deemed to be University or foreign University recognized as equivalent to the status of an Indian University by an authority competent to declare equivalence. The candidate must have secured minimum 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of reserved categories, i.e. SC/ST) of the total marks. NOTE: The last date of admission is as per the M.D. University, Rohtak.

The candidates have to submit the following documents.

  • 2 Passport Size Photographs
  • 10th Certificate
  • 12th Certificate
  • Graduation Marksheet
  • Character Certificate
  • Migration Certificate (Other than H.B.S.E.)
  • Caste Certificate (In case SC/ST)
  • Aadhar Card
  • Gap year certificate if any
